Today we went to Dr Robin’s new office in Kirkland. We were there for 2 full hours! mainly because we decided to do a food allergy test on Mom to see if it might affect baby through the breast milk, as Liya doesn’t seem to digest well still. So we had to get all my info, which w/ an ND takes forever.
Now I’ve got to go get my blood drawn (for the food allergy testing and a full blood panel while we are at it!).
Dr Robin said that I should start taking cod liver oil (yack) for baby’s brain… so now the whole family is on cod liver oil. I guess it is not so bad nowadays (attested by my Mom who used to take it as a kid) as it is really light and taste more like lemon than anything else. Personally I think it is still gross, simply for the fact that it is oil. It’s just an abnormal thing to me to chug down a Tbspn of oil even if it taste like lemon.
