This year my birthday party was split between the Bellevue Skate park where everyone had a blast skateboarding or giving it a try for the newbies
Then we went back to our house for Lunch and snowed over Castle Cake!

Little weekend out to the border of Oregon/Washington in Cape Disappointment state park to walk the last steps of Lewis and Clark’s trail as they completed the 18 months mission that Thomas Jefferson gave them. As it turned out they arrived at that very same spot on just about the same day we were there visiting, Monday November 18th.. coincidence!
We suspect, reading Lewis’ journal entry that we had a much better weather than they did though.. Amazingly warm and sunny for us, dismally cold, rainy and windy for them.

Well, we didn’t do too well on the recording of Halloween this year. We were just too busy dressing up as Pirates and hunting down Halloween Pirates Booty aka candies.
